I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Ron and Lisa, both personally and professionally, for many years now. Lisa actually trained me in many of the duties of my current company; Nations Title Agency of Illinois. Ron and Lisa run a tight ship which I can ALWAYS count on to be 100% professional, precisely done and “no hassle”.
In this mixed up housing market, many Brokers just cannot make it and are leaving the industry. However, Fox Valley continues to thrive; getting loans done that others said were impossible, all while providing rates and fees to clients that others wouldn’t.
This is an extremely hard working duo dedicated to doing the best possible job for all of their clients. I have worked with a lot of Mortgage professionals over the years and can honestly say that they are among the best that I have ever worked with.

I have refinanced with Ron and Lisa 3 times. They are professional and trustworthy. They will give you the best rate possible with minimal fees. I was very satisfied with all three of my refinances.

We were looking for a refinance at low rates and low closing costs. We found Fox Valley and contacted Ron. With Lisa’s help, Ron got us the interest rates and closing costs we were looking for and we were able to close within 2 weeks. Ron also helped us to reduce our car and home insurance rates along with a line of credit. We also got extra cash to do home improvements. WHAT A DEAL. I was looking to refinance with my present lender and was not impressed with the rate quote I was getting, so I looked around and found Lisa with Fox Valley Mutual. What a great experiance working with Lisa turned out to be. We closed in two weeks and she was such a professional. All of the costs were quoted up front and that is what we really paid. We met Lisa six months ago. Prior to that we tried to refinance our home and were denied by banks. Lisa was able to think out of the box and help us refinance our mortgage and close it in 10 days. We have bought at least 10 properties over the last 25 years. Never have we had a mortgage broker or bank work so hard and efficiently to get the right financing and closing a loan quick like Lisa did. We were looking to refinance with mortgage broker we originally financed our house with. He insisted we escrow our taxes even though we now had substantial equity in the house. I called Ron and he was able to refinance us without escrow at a lower rate. The closing costs he quoted us over the phone were exactly the same as at closing. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Ron and his wife Lisa pretty much handled everything for us. I have had bad experiences with mortgages before this was by far the best.

After shopping around for rates on Lending Tree, etc, I stumbled across Fox Valley Mutual and boy, am I glad I did! Lisa closed us within ten days and at a rate that was 3/8 of a point lower than anything else available. She’s a real pro and I’ll most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great professional.
