Decided to refinance since moving into our home last May 2011. Primary reason was to not be affiliated with a mortgager that was very “non customer” influenced. But I lucked out with Lisa’s service. Was able to streamline at 1% lower with no out of pocket costs. It went very smoothly with no hiccups. Lisa was candid, honest and moved things along very well. I refinanced through Lisa. She was very efficient. All the paperwork was e-mailed to me and all my questions were answered quickly and completely. She even arranged for the title company to come to my home for the closing. Besides everything I have mentioned, I got a GREAT rate. It was better than I got quoted by anyone else. The loan was closed in 30 days and the closing costs were minimal! I would highly recommend Fox Valley Mutual to anyone.

Refinanced for the second time in thirteen months with Fox Valley and couldn’t be happier. Lisa was great to work with and always responded by phone or email. Lisa had her end all wrapped up and ready while waiting for more documents on our end. She was extremely patient while working thru some issues to get the refi done. Closed the last time 2/24/12 If you are looking for the consumate professional that cuts to the Chase Lisa is it. She cold called us a year and a half ago and has done 4 refis for us. Each was done in a ten day window as stated upon conversations with her. The rates were the best available. Closing costs were minimal and as stated, “NO” suprises or excuses and she went out of her way to be precise and acccurate each time. We have offered her services numerous times with a smile. Closed with Lisa on the 16th of Jan. 2012 and I am happy to say no surprises. Exactly four weeks from lock to close and the promise of 3.75% rate with closing costs covered (except for prepaids) delivered as advertised. Very few requests for additional paperwork after initial submittal. As painless as it gets.

Ron and Lisa did a fantastic job helping us refinance our home. Within 10 days of meeting them we filled out the application, had an appraiser come to the house, signed for and were approved for a new loan at a much lower rate than we had before. They were professional and knowledgeable about the mortgages they had to offer. We would recommend them anytime.

We were looking for a refinance at low rates and low closing costs. We found Fox Valley and contacted Ron. With Lisa’s help, Ron got us the interest rates and closing costs we were looking for and we were able to close within 2 weeks. Ron also helped us to reduce our car and home insurance rates along with a line of credit. We also got extra cash to do home improvements. WHAT A DEAL. We would strongly recommend Ron and Lisa for your mortgage and insurance needs
