After shopping around for rates on Lending Tree, etc, I stumbled across Fox Valley Mutual and boy, am I glad I did! Lisa closed us within ten days and at a rate that was 3/8 of a point lower than anything else available. She’s a real pro and I’ll most definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great professional.
Ron and Lisa were fantastic. We saved a bundle in closing costs and had a no hassle closing. Their service was very professional and personable, and catered to our every request. You won’t find a lower rate or closing costs without the hassle. We give two thumbs up and would highly recommend them.
We were looking to refinance with mortgage broker we originally financed our house with. He insisted we escrow our taxes even though we now had substantial equity in the house. I called Ron and he was able to refinance us without escrow at a lower rate. The closing costs he quoted us over the phone were exactly the same as at closing. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Ron and his wife Lisa pretty much handled everything for us. I have had bad experiences with mortgages before this was by far the best.

Closed the last time 2/24/12 If you are looking for the consumate professional that cuts to the Chase Lisa is it. She cold called us a year and a half ago and has done 4 refis for us. Each was done in a ten day window as stated upon conversations with her. The rates were the best available. Closing costs were minimal and as stated, “NO” suprises or excuses and she went out of her way to be precise and acccurate each time. We have offered her services numerous times with a smile. Refinanced for the second time in thirteen months with Fox Valley and couldn’t be happier. Lisa was great to work with and always responded by phone or email. Lisa had her end all wrapped up and ready while waiting for more documents on our end. She was extremely patient while working thru some issues to get the refi done. I refinanced through Lisa. She was very efficient. All the paperwork was e-mailed to me and all my questions were answered quickly and completely. She even arranged for the title company to come to my home for the closing. Besides everything I have mentioned, I got a GREAT rate. It was better than I got quoted by anyone else. Decided to refinance since moving into our home last May 2011. Primary reason was to not be affiliated with a mortgager that was very “non customer” influenced. But I lucked out with Lisa’s service. Was able to streamline at 1% lower with no out of pocket costs. It went very smoothly with no hiccups. Lisa was candid, honest and moved things along very well.
