Ron and Lisa did a fantastic job helping us refinance our home. Within 10 days of meeting them we filled out the application, had an appraiser come to the house, signed for and were approved for a new loan at a much lower rate than we had before. They were professional and knowledgeable about the mortgages they had to offer. We would recommend them anytime.
After shopping around for rates on Lending Tree, etc, I stumbled across Fox Valley Mutual and boy, am I glad I did! Lisa closed us within ten days and at a rate that was 3/8 of a point lower than anything else available. We were looking to refinance with mortgage broker we originally financed our house with. He insisted we escrow our taxes even though we now had substantial equity in the house. I called Ron and he was able to refinance us without escrow at a lower rate. The closing costs he quoted us over the phone were exactly the same as at closing. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Ron and his wife Lisa pretty much handled everything for us. I have had bad experiences with mortgages before this was by far the best.
